Allrounder Daryl Mitchell was seen enjoying a doodling session with his younger daughter, Lily, at the Chennai Super Kings camp. The adorable kid seems to have already developed her interest in the game of cricket at a very tender age.
In a video shared by the Chennai-based franchise on Instagram, Mitchell’s daughter was seen trying to draw a willow on a whiteboard with a marker.
Her dad was left impressed by the artwork and praised her saying, “That’s nice. Good work.”
Mitchell then asked the little girl to go to bed and she immediately fled off the scene.

Mitchell, who made his IPL debut in 2022 for Rajasthan Royals, joined CSK ahead of this season. He was the biggest buy for the defending champions at the mini-auction, which was held in Dubai in December last year.
CSK secured the Kiwi allrounder at a staggering value of Rs 14 crore.
Mitchell is vying to become an integral part of CSK unit.
Mitchell struck his maiden IPL fifty in front of a full-house MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai against Sunrisers Hyderabad last week.
After CSK lost the wicket of Ajinkya Rahane early in the first innings, Mitchell joined hands with captain Ruturaj Gaikwad, who missed his century by just two runs.
Mitchell took time to understand the wicket at Chepauk before unleashing his inner beast. The right-handed batter smacked seven fours and one six to score a brisk 52 off 32 deliveries.
After Mitchell completed his half-century, his wife Amy and daughter Lily were seen celebrating the feat while sitting in the stands along with the other CSK fans.

Mitchell was equally impressive as a fielder in the match against SRH. He took as many as five catches in the home game, bringing the opposition batting unit down to its knee.
Thanks to his efforts, CSK were able to restrict the on-song SRH side to 134 runs, registering a commanding 78-run victory.
