The victim has alleged in her complaint that she was raped by the accused on April 18, who took her to his hostel room, SHO Dadabari police station, Nathulal said.
The accused identified as Suraj Karan Sharma has been booked under section 376 of IPC and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, he said.
The victim has been sent for medical examination and efforts are on to nab the accused who is absconding, he said.
