BANGALORE: Four participants from Karnataka Sports Aerobics and Fitness Association have been selected for International FISAF (Federation of International Sports Aerobics and Fitness) Sports Aerobics and Hip-Hop Championship which will be held in Sydney, Australia from October 18 - 25.These four participants were selected in the 5th National Indian Sports Aerobics and Fitness Federation (ISAFF) Championship held at Nashik, Maharastra in the month of April .The participants Raghu, Nithin, Gagana, and Spandana are basically from Mysore and belong to poor families.They can’t afford the expenditure to go abroad in order to participate in the competition.They need help financially so that they will be able to participate in the international sports event.“They require Rs. 1,20,000/- (net amount) including air fare, food, accommodation, local transport, registration and tourism kit and VISA and other fairs,” said Ravi C, General Secretary, Karnataka Sports Aerobics and Fitness Association
