Clad in traditional outfit, the bollywood loving janta came out in large numbers to watch the Diwali week’s bollywood releases – Golmaal 3 and Action Replayy. And Golmaal 3 emerged as the winner. Filmmaker Rohit Shetty’s film had the audiences have a good laugh throughout the movie. Mithun Chakraborty (Pappu) and Ratna Pathak Shah (Guddi) were in love with each other when they were young but couldn’t get married. They meet again after several years and decide to get married. But the problem is their kids. Mithun’s kids played by Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor and Kunal Khemu and Ratna’s kids played by Ajay Devgn and Shreyas Talpade can’t stand each other. Kareena Kapoor plays the cupid and finally gets Mithun and Ratna to marry each other. The movie takes many twists and turns and in the end they all are one big happy family.
At a city multiplex for the first day, first show of Golmaal 3, this is what the audience has to say about the movie:-
Rahul Saxena came to watch the movie with his friends. He says, “All of us are Golmaal fans and were waiting to watch this movie. It’s a total entertainer and it perked up my Diwali.” Malini Desai is also of the same opinion, “It’s a fun movie, a total entertainer. Some instances in the movie are so hilarious that I shall remember them for a long time and have a hearty laugh again.”
The audience have liked and appreciated the performances of all the actors in the movie. Priyanka Deshpande says, “Tusshar Kapoor has done a phenomenal job in the movie and I also liked the others. Kareena looks very good.” And comedian Johnny Lever’s acting in the movie is also been appreciated. “What a great comeback of Johnny Lever. He has done a fantastic job,” says Milind Debankar.
People have been queuing up to book their advance tickets for ‘Golmaal 3’ since today morning. And if they didn’t get the tickets for the movie, they opted to watch Action Replayy.
Action Replayy is another comedy, set in the 1970’s. Mahesh Salgoankar says, “I enjoyed the movie. I am Akshay Kumar fan and couldn’t miss the first show at any cost.” Rini Mathur adds, “I didn’t manage to get the tickets for Golmaal 3 and hence thought of watching Action Replayy. I have no regrets. It is a fun movie and Aishwarya Rai is looking very pretty in the movie.”
