Since last week, when Shahid and Sonam Kapoor made their first public appearance together to promote their latest film Mausam, everyone's been talking about their fabulous off-screen chemistry together. At a suburban movie theatre, as they both stood by watching the theatre trailer of their film roll on the giant screen, people commented how beautiful they were looking together. The two spoke not only about their film, but also on a gamut of other topics, like fashion and Shahid's former girlfriends.
However, buzz is that Sonam was almost going to miss coming to the event that evening, which was the first major promotional activity around their film that is all set to release this September. Apparently, the actor's schedule was pre-booked and she was scheduled to film for her next film, Abbas-Mustan's 'Players'. According to sources, the actress requested the producers of the film to give her time to attend Mausam's promotion. After spending an hour at the promo launch, the actress rushed back to the Players sets and continued shooting for the rest of the evening and till pretty late in the night.
Producer Sheetal Talwar confirms, "It was great that Sonam could make it for the launch. After all Mausam is a love story and (the event) would have truly been incomplete without her."
