The Vigilance Court here on Tuesday admitted a petition against Janasree Microfin chairman M M Hassan and the director.
In the petition, C Balachandran demanded a comprehensive inquiry into the functioning of Janasree Microfin.
Though Hassan had claimed to have only Rs 50,000 as share, the reports that had come out pointed out that he had a share of around Rs 1.99 crore, the petitioner alleged. In the petition, he also alleged that there was a larger conspiracy and more people were involved in it. The court posted the case to October 16 for further hearing.
