New Delhi: Is the world's most wanted Nazi war criminal hiding in Chile or Argentina? Well, that question is being posed afresh after the Simon Wiesenthal Centre claimed on Tuesday that they are tracking Aribert Heim in these two countries.
Simon Wiesenthal Centre, the human rights organisation, claims Heim, also known as 'Dr Death' is still alive since his children have not claimed money and other investments in his name.
Heim has a bank account with the $1.6 million and other investments in Berlin and this has not been claimed by his children since they need proof of death to claim them.
Heim would be 94 years old if still alive.
He is accused of killing hundreds of Jews at a Nazi concentration camp in Austria, where he was a doctor. He disappeared in 1962 following a tip off that he might be arrested in Germany.
