The brief preview teases a love story like no other, filled with an array of unexpected twists and turns. In the three-minute trailer, Shantanu Maheshwari portrays a young Ajay Devgn, who is deeply in love with Tabu’s character. Their passionate romance is abruptly interrupted by a murder that forces them apart. Years later, fate brings Devgn and Tabu back together in the most unconventional of circumstances, reigniting their connection despite the shadows of the past.
Spanning over 24 years from 2000 to 2024, the musical romantic drama also features an eclectic ensemble of Jimmy Shergill, Saiee Manjrekar Shantanu Maheshwari and Sayaji Shinde. The original soundtrack of the film has been created by the Oscar winning composer MM Kreem. Lyrics are by Manoj Muntashir.
In May, Ajay Devgn had shared the new poster featuring himself and the teaser. He wrote, ” Dushman the hum hi apne…. #AuronMeinKahanDumTha #AMKDT Teaser out now. In cinemas 5th July, 2024. ” The video opened with Ajay Devgn and Tabu hugging each other during the Holi festival.
NH Studioz presents, A Friday Filmworks Production, Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha is produced by Narendra Hirawat, Kumar Mangat Pathak (Panorama Studios), Sangeeta Ahir & Shital Bhatia. The film is set for a theatrical release on 5th July 2024.
On the work front, Ajay Devgn will be next seen in Singham 3, aka Singham Again. Singham 3 is expected to be a starry ride at the cinemas. The film not only brings back Ajay Devgn as Singham but it also marks the return of Ranveer Singh and Akshay Kumar to Rohit Shetty’s cop universe. The film also stars Kareena Kapoor and will feature the first lady Singham in the form of Deepika Padukone. The film also introduces Tiger Shroff into the cop universe.
