More About 2024 The Fact Music Awards
In May this year, the date and venue details for the 2024 ceremony were revealed. The two-day extravaganza will be held on September 7 and 8 at the Kyocera Dome in Osaka, Japan. Notably, this also marks the first time that TMA is taking place outside Korea. “This year’s motto will be “NEW GEN FOR FANSTIVAL,” meaning that the show is a festival to be enjoyed together by the next generation of K-pop artists and their fans, states a Soompi report.
An annual celebration of the year’s biggest achievements in South Korean music, The Fact Music Awards are determined through fan votes, digital performance and album sales. Returning to the stage are the beloved hosts, Seohyun and Jun Hyun Moo, confirmed reports.
They will also mark their sixth year together at the TMA, while the Girls’ Generation alum will return for their seventh consecutive year. The upcoming TMA edition celebrates The Fact’s 10th anniversary, with the aim of moving beyond Korea to Japan and becoming a global K-pop festival.
