She burns an impressive amount of calories. Brazilian fashion model Vanusa Freitas took to social media to reveal how she ditched traditional workouts in favour of housework, burning an average of 600 calories.

She found that her calorie consumption was significantly higher on days when she stayed home and cleaned. Vanusa said, “I discovered that on the day I brushed weekly after going to the gym, I had a much greater calorie loss, which impacted my results. I already lost almost 600 calories.” Since then, she has dubbed her brushing routine a “housewife workout,” replacing her regular gym sessions with it to stay fit.

Recently, Vanusa unexpectedly split from her boyfriend after discovering he wasn’t as committed to fitness as she was. She believes it’s important to be with someone who shares her healthy lifestyle. She shared, “I already broke up because he kept lying to me about going to the gym. I became suspicious when I noticed there wasn’t much change in his body, and I started to see the connection.”

“I think it’s important to make this a condition when I have relationships with other men because it saves us both from annoying situations like this,” she added. “Now I only get involved with those who care about maintaining a workout routine.” Vanusa also stressed the importance of regular exercise and a balanced diet in achieving her goal,” Vanusa further said.

In addition to replacing exercise with housework, she advocates scheduling physical activities daily to avoid overexertion and possible injuries. She concluded: “It’s important to listen to your body and respect your limits.”

The Playboy model, who has an impressive following of 116,000 people on Instagram, recently shared this online. Her post was met with a flood of comments from fans praising her looks. One enamoured follower commented, “What a beautiful thing.”
