While the internet often buzzes with debates on the age-old Rich vs Poor discussion, a recent Reddit post has ignited significant controversy. A user expressed deep frustration with their circumstances, stating he “hates” those born into affluent households. The user also complained about his parents’ below-par conditions. “Why did I have to be born to my poor parents? I hate my life,” the user wrote. This did not go well with a lot of internet users.

The anonymous user also detailed the context of his remarks and wrote, “Everyday I wake up and see my dad dress up in a shirt pant to be a driver for some rich man. That man has a son around my age who goes to top international school in my city. It pisses me off that here I am struggling to buy a second-hand Samsung phone and that guy is enjoying life going to parties. All because he was born to a rich dad. Why did I have to be born to my poor parents? Is it wrong for me to hate that guy?”
