The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) has finally announced the results of the Telangana Intermediate 1st and 2nd year examinations today, April 24. Candidates will now be able to check their results on various websites, such as tsbie.cgg.gov.in, results.cgg.gov.in, and examresults.ts.nic.in.

The results were released during a press conference held at the TSBIE premises by S Shruti Ojha, IAS, Secretary of the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education, and Burra Venkatesham, IAS, Principal Secretary, Education Department at 11 AM.
In order to pass the TS Intermediate exams, students must get a score of at least 35 per cent in the 1st year. Lets take a look at the pass percentages of the TS Inter 1st year over the last 5 years.
TS Inter 1st Year Result 2024: Pass Percentage Over the last 5 Years:
2023:
The overall pass percentage for the 1st year was 61.68 per cent. In total, 948,153 students participated in the TS Inter 1st and 2nd year exams. Out of the 433,082 students who appeared, 272,208 1st year regular students and 25,553 vocational students passed. Additionally, 1.7 lakh students achieved an A grade by scoring 75 per cent or higher, while 75,820 students attained a B grade.
2022:
Of the 464,892 students who took the TS Inter 1st Year Exam, 294,378 successfully passed, leading to an overall pass rate of 63.32 percent.
2021:
In the 2021 TS intermediate exams, 459,242 students participated, with 224,012 students passing the exam with an overall pass percentage of 49 per cent.
2020:
The overall pass percentage for the 1st-year Result was 60.01 per cent. Girls achieved a pass percentage of 67.47, whereas boys recorded a pass percentage of 52.30 per cent.
2019:
The total pass percentage for the first-year results in 2019 was 59.34 per cent. Boys achieved a pass percentage of 53.14 per cent, while girls achieved a higher pass percentage of 62 per cent.
How to Check TS Inter 1st Year Result 2024:
Step 1: Open the official website of TSBIE i.e, tsbie.cgg.gov.in or results.cgg.gov.in.
Step 2: Click on the link “Telangana TS Intermediate Result 2024” available on the homepage.
Step 3: Fill in your hall ticket number and other details.
Step 4: Now, click on the ‘submit’ button.
Step 5: TS Inter 1st year result 2024 will be displayed on the screen.
Step 6: Check and download the results for future reference.
Over 9 lakh students appeared for the 1st and 2nd-year exams this yeae. Notably, the TS Inter 1st year exams commenced on February 28 and concluded on March 18.
