The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) released the seat allocation results for 15 per cent of seats of All India Quota on Saturday. However, it has now removed the old result and issued a revised merit list. MCC has uploaded the final result of the first round of counselling of NEET UG on its website, mcc.nic.in.
The revised seat allotment result has been released by MCC after it debarred 43 students from the counselling process. This includes allotment for MBBS seats in AIIMS, Central University, Deemed University, ESIC Medical College, AFMC Pune and Central Nursing Institutes.
NEET UG Counselling Round 1 Seat allocation is determined based on the choices submitted by candidates during the choice-filling phase. Seats are allocated based on the NEET UG scores of candidates, availability of seats, and number of applicants. Those who secure seats in the first round will have to complete the document verification for the admission process. The last date to reserve the assigned seats is August 29.
