New Delhi: Ranbir Kapoor starrer 'Besharam' has failed to capitalise on the hype that surrounded it before the release. The film's business has failed to live up to the expectations. Trade analysts Taran Adarsh tweets, "#Besharam *actuals* Wed ₹ 21.56 cr, Thu ₹ 7.13 cr, Fri ₹ 5.68 cr, Sat ₹ 5.94 cr. Total: ₹ 40.31 cr nett. EPIC DISAPPOINTMENT!"
Adarsh further tweets, "Thu + Fri + Sat *combined total* is less than what it collected on Wed [₹ 21.56 cr]. Shocking!"
Directed by Abhinav Singh Kashyap, the film also stars Rishi Kapoor, Neetu Singh and Pallavi Sharda in important roles.
It's a big disappointment for the makers of 'Besharam' because it was seen as a sure shot hit at the box-office prior to its release. However, the film still has some days to regain the lost momentum.
