Gurgaon: After Amrapali, real estate firm Emaar MGF too is facing the heat from home buyers for alleged delay in the delivery of flats.
An FIR was lodged in Gurgaon against Emaar MGF on Friday for allegedly not delivering a villa on time. The complaint was lodged by a Delhi-based buyer named Sanjeev Sachdeva.
The buyer said he booked a villa in Emaar MGF's Emerald floors project in Gurgaon and that the real estate firm has not started any work on the villa for the past five years.
He also alleged that he has already paid 30 per cent of the Rs two crore 20 lakh cost of the home.
