THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The state Cabinet which met on Wednesday has appointed senior bureaucrat Sajen Peter as the Principal Secretary in the Home Department.Principal Secretary Aruna Sundarraj would head the Social Welfare Department while holding charge as Kudumbashree director.Commercial Taxes Joint Commissioner V Sanal Kumar has been appointed as the registrar in the Cooperative Department. Pranab Jothilal would be the director of ‘Jalanidhi’.While Jose Issac would take over as the director of the Kerala State Remote Sensing and Environment Centre. Rajendra P Sharma would be the Land Use Board Commmissioner.Biju Prabhakar would continue as the managing director of the State Medical Services Corporation though he had been posted as the District Collector of Idukki.
