Centre will not provide any paramilitary forces for the billion-dollar league.

New Delhi: Actor Akshay Kumar's daredevilry mesmerised cricket fans in Delhi during the Season 1 of the Indian Premier League, but come season 2, neither the stunts nor any cricket action will be available for the home fans of Delhi Daredevils.

In a third revised schedule for the Tewnty20 cricket series given by the BCCI to the Home Ministry, Delhi, Jaipur and Vizag has been ruled out as venues for this season.

Dharamshala in Himachal Pradesh, Ahmedabad and Nagpur are the three new venues.

Mumbai will host the maximum numbers of matches - 14, followed by seven matches each in Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Ahmedabad

The IPL will begin on April 10 and end on May 24.

So for now, its a mixed bag for the IPL. While most state governments are happy with the latest schedule, the Centre is still playing hardball clearly mentioning that it will not provide any paramilitary forces for the billion-dollar league.

According to reports, the security for the event will be provided by the respective state governments.
