Marvel Studios has never been this secretive about any of the MCU films. This is for the first time that the cast and crew made sure that no spoilers come out before the makers officially put forward the trailer.
From time to time, social media is flooded with speculated dates of the trailer. However, multiple publications and sources like The DisInsider's Skyler Shuler, Daniel R from SuperBroMovies, and MCU Cosmic's Jeremy Connard confirmed that Russo Brothers will release the trailer today at 7:30 PM IST. Marvel hasn't made any official confirmation yet.

Earlier, it was said that the trailer will be released on December 5, but reportedly it was shifted to December 7. The funeral of former American president George H.W. Bush is believed to be the reason behind it.
