Riding high on the success of Veere Di Wedding, Kareena Kapoor Khan feels that she could've been a part of Zoya Akhtar's recently wrapped fil Gully Boy. At producer Ritesh Sidhwani's birthday party, Zoya shared a video on her Instagram story where Kareena is seen jamming along with her real-life veeres, Amrita Arora and Malaika Arora.
While singing along the lyrics of Cutting Crew's famous song I Just Died In Your Arms Tonight, Kareena says, "I could've been in Gully Boy."

Starring Ranveer Singh in lead role, Gully Boy tells the story of India's first of a kind street rappers from the lanes of Dharavi. The story is inspired by the lives of Naezy and Divine, who have even collaborated for the music of the film. Alia Bhatt will be seen portraying Ranveer's love interest in the film.
Kareena, on the other hand, is enjoying the success of Veere Di Wedding and keeping herself busy with her son Taimur Ali Khan and taking it easy on the professional front.
