Neena Gupta has just become a grandmother as her daughter Masaba welcomed her first child with her husband Satyadeep Mishra. The couple took to their social media to share the announcement with their fans. As they shared this news, fans and celebrities took to the comments to congratulate the couple as they embarked on this new chapter.
Taking to their Instagram, Masaba Gupta and Satyadeep Mishra shared the news with their fans. They shared a poster that featured a white lotus and a full moon against a blue background. The poster read, “Our very special little girl arrived on a very special day. 11.10.2024. Masaba & Satyadeep.” Along with this poster, they also shared a picture of their baby girl’s feet. They captioned the post, “11.10.24.”
Gupta had shared the news of her pregnancy in April. Sharing the news, she wrote, “In other news – Two little feet are on their way to us! Please send love, blessings, and banana chips ( plain salted ONLY) #babyonboard #mom&dad.” Since then, she has been very transparent about her pregnancy journey. She always shared moments from her journey on social media.
On the work front, Neena Gupta recently won national award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in the 2022 film Uunchai. Neena Gupta received her first National Award for Bazar Sitaram (1993) in the Best First Non-Feature Film of a Director category. A year later, she received the National Award for Best Supporting Actress for Woh Chokri (1994).
She shared pictures from the event and wrote, “Honoured to receive my fourth national award from the honourable President of India, Droupadi Murmu.”
