New Delhi: Adding a new variant to its ZenFone 2 portfolio, Asus has launched the ZenFone 2 Laser 6 (ZE601KL) in India. Priced at Rs 17,999, the phone will initially be available on online stores - Flipkart, Snapdeal, and Amazon, but will be available in brick-and-mortar stores from the second week of December.
The phone includes a 6-inch full HD display (1920x1080 pixels) with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 atop. It's packed with a 3000 mAh Li-Polymer removable battery.
The ZenFone 2 Laser 6 comes with a Qualcomm 64-bit Snapdragon 616 octa-core processor, 3 GB RAM, and 32GB storage (with microSD card support of up to 128 GB).
The phone sports a 13 megapixel camera with f/2.0-aperture and 0.03 seconds auto-focus feature, which enables up to two times faster focus and zero shutter lag.
For low light photography, the phone comes equipped with the Pixel Enhancing and Pixel Master technology that is claimed to allow users take up to 400 per cent brighter photos and videos. It has a 5 megaixel front-facing camera.
The phone comes in three colours - Red, Silver and Gold.
